Pick statuses
New - A new pick record, ready for the picker.
In Progress - The picker is in the process of picking this list.
Posted - All the items are now with the picker and no longer in the picking bin.
Completed - The picker has brought them to their destination; presumably, the shipping dock.
Canceled - The pick has been canceled.
