Items move in and out of your warehouses. To view a history of a particular item, go to More, History.

Accessing the history of this item.

The history of an item is separated by warehouse. Each line shows the timestamp of the transaction, the transaction type, the location where the transaction occurred, the quantity of the transaction (Qty), and the quantity fields of On Hand (OH), Allocated (All), Available (Av), On Order (OO) and On Backorder (OBO). These fields are abbreviated to conserve space.

History of this item, organized by warehouse and date/time.

These records are created automatically when an item is ordered, received, picked, etc. Therefore, this window is read-only.
